The System
“System” means License Owner’s “Stromal Vascular Fraction SVF Investigational Deployment System”, including Liposuction, Stem Cell Extraction, Processing and Deployment TRAINING, CERTIFICATION, PROTOCOLS, EQUIPMENT, Consumables, Procedures, Documentation and Services that Affiliate Licensee must obtain and use under the Agreement

Training and Certificates
We provide Certified Medical Training in the System to Physicians, Scientists and Technicians on one occasion so that they can quickly and effectively incorporate our most advanced techniques into their work. We give continuous personalized guidance and instructions. Our training comprises both hands-on and on-site seminars and workshops. Upon completion of the course attendees will receive our internationally valid Certification.
Our instructors shall set the scope, content, time, place and means of training and guidance. We provide participants with the relevant Certificate authorizing the Practice of Stem Cell Therapy practice. Each course provides all the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to effectively and expertly administer Regenerative Medicine to your patients.
